1. What is the Free Test Drive for TeamSync Pro?
The Test Drive enables you and two other coworkers to try the TeamSync Pro version for 30 days - FREE of charge. This is a fully functioning demo so you can explore all aspects of the application. All information entered into the application during the trial period will be there when you sign up to become a customer. You can convert to become a customer at any time during the free trial period by clicking the "Subscribe Now!" button in the application.

2. What is the difference between the online service and the client managed On-site version?
This refers to how the application is deployed and used. In both cases the functionality is the same. With the hosted service, EM3 Systems provides the servers and has already done the installation. The application is hosted in our secure, 24x7 data center. All that is required to use the software is signing up and pointing your team to the correct URL. The client managed installation requires that the customer install our software on their own equipment and provide all of the ongoing IT services. In this case our software is installed just like any other enterprise software package. Should you start with the online hosted service and later decide to purchase a client managed version EM3 Systems can transfer your data with little interruption of service to your users.

3. Can I change my service levels after I sign up
Yes, you can change your options and number of licenses monthly prior to the beginning of your next service period. You do not need to call EM3 Systems to make this change. Changes can be accomplished in minutes using a self-service form within Teamsync.

4. What are the billing arrangements?
Service is billed in advance at the start of each billing period. You can pay using a company check or using your American Express, Discover, Visa or Mastercard credit card. If you are paying by check, please facilitate timely payment in order to ensure that your new account options continue as expected.

5. How Secure is the service ?
We make every effort to ensure the security of our systems. In fact due to leveraging a shared infrastructure even small businesses can benefit from the same security and reliability solutions used by large corporations.

6. How do I invite other users to join?
When a new user is created in TeamSync they are automatically sent a welcome e-mail that contains all the information they need to login to their new account. No one can login without a secure password. The e-mail also contains the name of the person who created the account so that they know who created the account for them. You can create as many user accounts as you have purchased in your subscription. You can change the amount of user licenses, up or down, at any time through TeamSync's self service account administration. TeamSync also comes with extensive security permissions that determine what each user can do. You are always in control of who logs into your account and what they can do when they do login.

7. How long does it take to set up an account?
It only takes a few minutes to setup your account. Your account is active as soon as you sign up.

8. What type of documents can I put in the library?
You can post documents in many formats, including .pdf, .htm and .doc.

9. Can I manage my own document library?
Yes. You can either use the TeamSync online storage or create a storage location within your own company network. In fact each project within TeamSync can use the same or a different storage location.

10. Can I buy additional storage for the library?
Yes, use the self service account administration feature to change your account options at any time.

11. Can I customize my TeamSync account
The professional versions of TeamSync allow for a lot of customization including, custom fields, custom status codes, color schemes, adding your logo, document permissions, access perfusions and more. The TeamSync Technology Pro Edition also allows for custom methodologies and roles.
